Jetting on a 2008 Euro3 Aprilia rs 125

Hallo guys, im currently owning a Aprilia rs 125 2008 mod. with 11kw (without the powervalve). and i just got a arrow system, and i just need help on two things. how big do the mainjet need to be on the new type carb? people i have asked said around 158. and do i need to open the other snorkel in the airbox, or is a K&N filter recommended?

With the modern RS125's you need a 132 main jet and the needle on the forth notch. All other instructions here:

Also check what you have installed right now, if you have a 120 you can go up to a 125, if you have a 125 you can go up to a 128, 130, 132 & so on.

On the 130 and 132 and 135 you will need the needle on the 4 notch.
You will to de-restrict the CDI, you will also need a rav valve and solenoid actuator.

Then you can join the glowing red raw piston club.

I have a 132 mainjet in it now witch is standard. So by only by having the needel on the forth notch and opening the second snorkel it would run ok with the arrow system, eventhoug i still have the electronic 28mm dellorto carb? i have a full license, but found it fun to own a two stroke again

If that's the case then just de-restrict the CDI and add the Rav valve ETC, then lift the main needle to the 4th notch and do the snorkle thing on the intake. This is the standard de-restriction.

You can actually go upto 175 and 190 main but you will need to modify the air intake box as well use a K&N, also you will need a larger pilot jet like S40 S45. This is not really practicle though unless you buy the 34mm carb because the fuel mixture screw on the 28mm is an air screw on the 34mm carb, this means your not as restricted in terms of using larger jets with the larger carb.
