Time is almost upon me...Sorry guys but i failed big time.

Well folks the time is almost here for me for my mod 2, i sit mine first thing in the morning at 8.40 am, feeling a little nervous just now but i know as soon as i set of for the test centre the butterflies will start, i have about a half hour ride there on my own as im doing a restricted on my trusty 125 varadero, as we are meant to have rain im hoping that the rain stays away till about ten in the morning by that time i will be back home, either happy or sad, and its glasgow im doing mine so i will be watching out for the unmarked junctions that rogerborg mentioned in an earlier post, i will let you all know before i go back to work at 12 noon, what an amazing site this is as i think i have learned more just from reading peoples posts than i could get from some instructors (i dont mean any offence to instructors as most of them do a great job)------------Well folks just to let you know i failed,got taken on a route i had never tried before and fucked up big style, just as we left the test centre the examiner gave me the ten minute your in charge run and i goosed it,upon taking the roundabout i couldnt see the sign i was taking and went round it twice and since i was on a dual carriageway on leaving it i thought it was still a dual carriageway and was on the wrong side of the road so after that i knew i had flunked it and the nerves got the better of me and i ended up messing it up more, i wont go into details but i got 4 serious marks, the good thing is im off on holiday tomorrow to turkey and when i get back i will do as the examiner said--take some bloody lessons and dont do it off your own back next time, and to be fair on him he was really encouraging and reassuring it was my bottle that went,,thank you too everyone for the good luck messages and i will stick at it (im only 48)so just a little advice to anyone taking their test soon,,,get out and get used to ALL the test routes,,cheers folks..

Anyways, I haven't even done mod 1 yet but will when the weather improves after the Winter that will be rapidly approaching. Around late March I reckon, I really hope I can get done before 2013! I
