Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of bike riding related jobs?
I've been wondering if places like hospitals use motorcyclists to transport organs for transplants (NO I don't mean the biker trundles up and offers a kidney to the staff Wink )or anything like that?

I know there'll be plenty of motorcycle couriers in/around London but what about other parts of the UK,specifically NE England sort of area?

That's the kind of thing I was thinking of. Seems odd there's none here in the North East considering we have one of the largest transplant centres in the country.Maybe there's a different organisation that covers my area.

I'm more looking at a job for over the winter ,summers over now Smile

Pizza delivery (Pizza Hut/Dominoes provide really crappy scooters to potter about on and crash for just over minimum wage + bonus).

Upsides are that as it's their bike, they're less likely to want to send you to the scummy areas at night Very Happy

I saw a program on the telly last night 'Emergency Bikers', I didn't see much of it, but saw enough to see a biker paramedic which are being used in some counties, not sure which ones tho. Looked pretty cool, even thought to myself it would be a cool thing to get into.
The guy on it had been a biker for years but had only recently took done his paramedic stuff, but he seemed well chuffed to be doing it.

Edit: here is the link to the program on channel 5...

Ghost Rider Job is available

Since the guy is dead/in jail or does not exist there is an open vacancy for a nutter who will ride like a stupid cvnt to make a dvd and then sell it to public.
