British law is based on religion, which i'm pretty sure forbids it.
Science says it's a stupid idea as if they have kids then it's much more likely that they will have inherited medical conditions.

If the two children were both born with a recessive gene for a serious medical disorder (perfectly possible, both would be genetically similar being related) then their child would likely be born with that disorder. Keep that up for a few generations and you get the types of diseases that plagued the royal families or europe

Apparently if you keep breeding hamsters with their brothers and sisters for a couple of generations they start spinning round and round in circles. Laughing

Not likely to be born with that disorder. In theory a 1 in 4 chance.
