Are these any good ? Do they stay on?

I wanted some in yellow, but having trouble getting competitive prices on them.

Laguna M/C's quoted me 14.00 per roll. Seems a little steep, when I found some on Ebay for £2.95.

Anyone got any of these and are they worth it.

(these are the coloured bands that go round the outside of the rim, in a solid colour)

iv never used them but from what iv heard your better off geting the pre cut ones like these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3mm-wheel-rim-tape-striping-stripes-stickers-Silver-/270809657071?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3f0d836eef#ht_500wt_1156
apparantly the ones that come in a roll are a pig to get right.

Agreed. Mine were pre cut. Piss easy to fit and came in nice 1/4 rim size pieces and got 2 spares for just in cases.

Yup, I went for the cheapo eBay pre-cuts. Mine are lasting well, on two bikes. You should get a couple of winters out of them at least.

I'd take some time to clean the wheel thoroughly first: I washed and scrubbed, then went round the rim repeatedly with isopropyl alcohol and kitchen paper until it was coming up squeaky clean.

The biggest problem you will have if you fit rim stripes is the attention of and attraction to members of the same sex Wink .

For the retards - I am implying that rim stripes are gay.

Havent you heard Paddy? That shade, i believe it was called Toxic Orange, has been banned by the Royal Society for the Blind after a sudden increase in blindness in the Maidstone area.
