replacement remote keys?

i have a quite old car (17 years, lol) and it has, and as far as i can tell, always has had remote central locking with alarm.

my remote keys are getting tattier by the day though. (its a seperate fob not on the key) and i need some others before these 2 give up the ghost. trouble is i cant find out anything from honda about the alarm and i didnt get any paperwork when i bought the car which anyway was well over a year ago.

anyone know if / where i can get some progammable remote keys or suchlike? cant really seem to find anything suitable

What car is it? Or what make of alarm is it?

honda civic crx, the alarm, no idea. just has a sticker say ing "honda security system" on the window

Might be worth asking ##Paddy##, he works for a Honda Dealer, what he does there, I've no idea, could be a cleaner for all I know, but don't ask, don't get.

I've never struggled so much to find out any information. Laughing Best I could find are these guys who claim to

Other than that, I can find nothing, and I've had to replace a few fobs for various cars I've owned. Sorry.
