Hello,

Okay so I finally got around to seeing about booking my CBT. And one shop which is £90. Dont have any days free untill about 20th Sep when im at college and then late september. Or the other which is £125. And I can do it tomorrow.

Im just wondering whether I should wait, Or just get it done. I want to do my theory before it changes and with it being winter soon should I just wait or what?

Thanks Smile

Depends on how much spare cash you have. Me personally I would go for it tomorrow but I am not very patient Laughing

If you do it now, will you buy a bike between now and Sept 20? If not, there's no point.

But the price difference is so small I'd be inclined to choose based on which place looks better.

A lot of places do CBT on a Saturday and charge the same £125. If you're feeling rushed or cash poor then scout around some more and see if anywhere else has a spare slot or a cancellation.

Personally, I'm impatient which is why I ended up doing the A2....I'd do it yesterday Laughing

It is a bit pants out but you shouldnt let that stop you as its all valuable experience however if you're not feeling up to it then you were right to postpone.

Good for you booking your theory. I did mine months before my CBT and it gave me the incentive to get all the tests done instead of just riding around on a CBT for ages.

Good luck when you take it.

EDIT should to shouldnt Embarassed

I'm not trying to forecast your failure here or anything, but it's worth keeping in mind that some people need more than one day to get through it so if you do it on the saurday you might need to go back on monday, or maybe next saturday or something.

If you ride well in the wet / wind with an instructor it should give you a good deal of confidence. When you get this weather in the future you won't be pussy-footing it around, you will know for a fact what you are capable of. Thumbs Up
