Sheltered Estate Manager job

[Clanger]

£13,000pa plus two bedroom accommodation.
A charitable organisation based in Crowborough, need full time manager of an estate that combines sheltered housing schemes with brand new state of the art independent living scheme.

You need experience of working with older people, identifying their support needs, working with statutory agencies, encouraging independence and facilitating activities. Need to be enthusiastic about the future of sheltered housing and have a commitment to the delivery of a quality service.
