Ninja doesn't feel "right"

So I've just got back on the bike for the first time in about 3 months after pulling my shoulder out and I have a problem already. I don't know if it's just me being paranoid or if there is something wrong. My Ninja ZX6R feels like it's slipping out/wobbly on corners.

I checked the tyre pressures and wheel alignment and it was out by a millimeter or two. That wouldn't make much difference would it?

Rear wheel feels solid so I don't think it's the bearings. I've checked the headstock bearings too and they're fine.

Any other suggestions or is it just me and my still weak arm?

If the rear wheel alignment is out by 2 milli looking at the on the dials this is quite a lot and will affect cornering.
They do feel different too after not riding for a while.
