Take a quick look at this vid. The awesome charity The Bike Experience (TBE) have been going from strength to strength in this their first year. The aim of TBE is to improve quality of life for disabled folks, showing them how it is possible to overcome disabilities and ride again. Join them on Facebook too - they need your support !!!

Its a good charity, and amazing to see the faces of the guys once they've been round a track after thinking they won't be able to ride again.

Ive helped out once, and will help when I can.

Talan is the Main guy, also badly disabled, yet i reckon he could ride rings around us on a track, he is quick! Thumbs Up

That's cool, Karma

There's a bloke who lives behind my Grandma, he had an accident IIRC and couldn't ride again so he now has a Trike that can carry his wheelchair...

I bet he'd love to have an experience day like this.

Thanks for your post. If you get a chance tell him about TBE !! Its all about spreading the word - and the word is TBE. We might even have a celebrity TT rider knocking about with us next year supporting TBE. The one and only.......................

Do you have a set schedule then? Tour dates, so to speak??

Is it done often or?

The season is nearly out now with the last two dates 21 sept and early october booked by riders. The charity is really young and operates only from Castle Combe Race Circuit at the moment. TBE have their full support but it seems that TBE is and will grow including other circuits around UK. RAF Odiham have a motorcycle club and TBE have had one day there also, as per the vid posted. TBE get riders coming down from all over the country. Best bet if you want to put him in touch is either tell him to check out the website www.thebikeexperience.co.uk or to email me steve@anytimeuk.co.uk and I can communicate with him and get him introduced to Talan (main man) and on the list of riders !!!
