CANT BELIEVE IT! just been on the phone to david silver spares asking for parts on my cb125 tdc, was asking for the camshaft end bearings.

i said that there are the same as the ones on the cb 125 t when he asked if it was the cb 125 s.

he then said he wouldnt know what the different bits looked like as they dont handle bikes(thats fair enough and i already know this)

i said that i had phoned another honda parts dealer prier and that the part codes where the same for both engines camshafts but that they didnt have any in stock.

he then hangs up on me!!!

Stuff like this happens all the time when working in a shop. I have hung up quite a few customers by accident just because of our failure of a phone system.

It wasn't intentional.

he clearly could not here you as he said hello mid conversation so he was either disconected or he hung up thats fair enough to me but,

i really cannot understand what would make you want to come onto an internet forum to tell us that really is your life that exciting.

Right; TD-C
cam bearings are Honda Part No: 12234399010 (DSS: £11.50 ea - 4 in stock - Usually ships in 48 hours)
Cam shaft 'kit' including bearings is Honda Pt No: 14110399700 (DSS: £229.50 - Special ordered upon request)

Site you want for finding part numbers is:-
https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb125td-superdream-1982-england_model18943/partslist/

Dave Silvers:-
https://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/parts/by-part-number/

However! Riders of Yeovil
https://www.ridersmotorcycles.co.uk/Scripts/default.asp
https://stores.ebay.co.uk/ridersmotorcyclesyeovilltd

Not listing any at the moment in e-bay, but they do the cam-bearings, for about £6 each and the complete cam kit for about £30; Jailing bits, I think. Give them a call; get them to give you a shout when thier next shipment hits the deck. They get them in in batches, & they tend to go fairly quick.
