It used to be ~58bpm but these days it's risen to 60-61bpm, that's what a complete lack of exercise does for you, lazy bastid! Laughing

66bpm at rest, although I noticed a slight quickening of my heart rate when Ellie Harrison appeared on the screen, so it may be a little bit lower normally.

57; I've just had a coffee though.
During training my training zone seems to be around ~160bpm

Having just looked at a cyclist training website (I'm not a cyclist) men at my age can be expected to train up to a maximum heartrate of 197 bpm. Fuck me thats almost 3.5x my resting heart rate.
