Simples, there are two options and the first one doesn't even get your hands dirty:

1) Contact the manufacturer (pugeot if it's factory fitted, the maker of the immobaliser if it's not) and get another key with the correct coded chip in it. They will probably want to see some ID and the registration document.

OR

2) Rewire the whole ignition system from scratch.

If it was easy, there would be no point in having an immobaliser.

Or you could spend about £120 on a bypass unit. But i would try getting a new key first.

I think they both use the same system but im not 100% sure. Do you know which immobiliser is fitted you your scooter? Take a look at this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-Speedfight-CDi-Immobiliser-Bypass-Gadget-Great-/170700401859?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item27be896cc3

If originally you had the AEC400 immobiliser then the one you have purchased wont fit as its designed to bypass ACI100 immobilisers.
