looking at replacing my chain and sprockets, could be lazy and get an oem kit, but was wondeirng what other manufactuers are around and who is good.

Bike sv 650 k7

have looked at rethnal and must say they look good, also looked at d.i.d for chain.

any ideas?

Won't go wrong with those. Other decent makes are RK or Tsubaki chains, JT or Powerite sprockets.

I have been using Renthal fronts with Supersprox rears and D.I.D. 'X' ring chains for years.

I can personally recommend DID chains, i changed my chain and sprockets at the start of summer and haven't had to adjust the chain yet, over 2k miles so far.
I do have it constantly oiled tho.

The factory chain that came off my SV said DID on it, new chain says the same and has not been adjusted in almost 7K miles Cool

That Cheapo Tutoro oiler is doing fine work Thumbs Up

Tsubaki chains for me, personally don't rate Renthal sprockets, prefer Talon kit. Thumbs Up
