Between 10 and 11 seconds when the gsxr rider brakes harshly very quickly the bike made like a ticking sound, what does this mean as i have done it a few times on y r6 under very heavy braking ad wondered what it meant. Cheers guys.

Back wheel locking and the chain clattering as it jerked up and down with the sudden changes in acceleration/deceleration.

This.

The chain's clattering, probably against the swingarm. Since the rear wheel is locked up the tension is in the bottom half of the chain so the top half of the chain is slack. That's allowing it to hit the swingarm and making the clattering noise.
