Booked for the thirteenth.
Arrive 11:30 for a 12:00 start.
They are being really harsh on charging people now (can't blame them considering cases of whole groups not turning up).

Basically, the number we say are going will have to be paid for.

They have agreed to do it for the same price we've had for the past few years for a similar format, providing we get at least 20 or so people for each one.
So £30 for one vehicle or £50 for both - not bad value still, I reckon. (Ie they were going to charge £35 for one and £70 for both.)

I'll have to work out how I'm going to do it, but think I'm going to have to ask for the full amount passed to me before your place is secured - as it's me that'll end up having to pay.

When we used to go on Friday nights, someone used to come with us from South East London... and of course Alexio's done it fine on his CG, etc... so shouldn't be a problem Smile.

Oh and yes, it's at Hullavington.
Binge, yes, but not to ride on track, unless they've got some spare time and you ask nicely anyway. And I no longer have my fiddy to have a play with you with Sad.

I shall have to decide exactly how I'm going to play it.
The issue is that now if someone pays a deposit but doesn't turn up, I am liable for the rest of the money.

G, when do we need to pay by?

I am hoping to come. My partner will need to give me a lift unless I have my own transport by then, she seems up for it though, so all should be well (if the date is now definite I will make sure she books it off from her work).

I have just looked online and the distance from where I live to Hullavington is 47 miles (33 miles as the crow flies), so not far.

I would be happy to put people up for the night if anyone wants to come down the night before and then travel up together in the morning.

Thumbs Up

I might come again, not doing mini motos though I think. I am just too big, and I proper took someone out last time, bikes where flipped and we both end up in/on the tyre wall. Laughing I can't remember who it is there was a video floating about somewhere.

I need to call them up in a couple of days to confirm numbers.
So far, will be booking it for one person!

So, I need some deposits in.
If it's long standing members with good reputation I'll take your word that you'll cough up or find someone else that will.

If people actually aren't that interested, not too bothered from my side as I've got a hell of a lot else to sort out too Smile.
