I heard an urban myth of some nasty bastards embedding razor blades into a water slide. Not sure how feasible that really is.

Theres a few smaller ones, think the avalance was the name. That was good aswell.
But the rocket, must admit - when standing there crossed legged - I did want to get out.. But I couldnt, and gone.
Trying to keep your legs crossed is bloody hard, had a sore crack for days Laughing

We went on something similar at Lake Garda in Italy, you floated free of the slide on the way down and didn't impact again until the bit at the bottom. Keeping ones legs crossed was imperative to avoid colonic irrigation Mr. Green

The slide next to the one in Garda was wider and you went down 2-up in a figure of 8 rubber ring. It had a dip then a peak before the ramp down to the end, they stopped us going on that because we were using one of the more robust lads as ballast to get about 6 feet of air off the peak. I've got a photo somewhere, I'll dig it out.

Great fun though, nowt to worry about except the wedgies.

Cheers

Grim
