Hi guys,

I'm in the process of replacing my sprockets and chain, but I cannot seem to find the torque value for the front sprocket in the manual. I know the rear is 45nm, but no idea about the front. Does anyone know? I don't want to over tighten it!

Thanks in advance

Anthony

it's not necessary to tighten too much , spare #33 must be fold against the bolts with a hammer and a chisel (not too sharp)

Thanks Alains!

Now, I've took the chain off, and the wheel is detached. I've removed the five bolts from the rear/driver sprocket and took off the dust seal. There is a round metal bit and a C-Clip that I've been unable to remove, it just doesn't seem to come off! Also, I'm looking online and cannot find the dust seal for over the rear sprocket? Can anyone link me to them please?!
