It was on SORN. I was contacted about it a couple of months ago but declined to be involved so it looks like they spoke to Duncan Peck instead. Last time they contacted me they pissed me about so I won't be involved.
Pity they didn't actually understand the legal points or understand where DVLA's failures were.

The sad thing is for a consumer action program they still don't after all these years actually understand the subject and the implications of DVLA's legal 'decisions' and don't seem to want to understand either.

There is a greater understanding of the legal points on BCF than anywhere else. Not just me but many others here are better able to follow the flaws than many legal minds and in facing up to DVLA you chaps are at the forefront of the fight against the stupidity of government. Pat yourselves on the back. Thumbs Up

You've missed the point. It's not a "consumer action program", it's pure tabloid TV in the worst sense - they're not interested in letting facts or anything get in the way of a good story.

Watchdog..... The toothless of grannie..... Twisted Evil

All it is, is a TV program, that has no power to do anything. It's just a very cheap 30 min's of lets have a dig at various companies....
Bit like a story in a local rag.....
If you look back at its history. You will find the same companies on year after year......
Tells you a lot about human nature as much as anything else. people watch these programs and take no notice whatsoever....
Apart from the odd thread on a forum and even then as you say most people here have a bigger insight into the DVLA, than watchdog ever want.....
If they were interested they would be highlighting the legal fact's and forget about getting anyone from the DVLA to appear.
