Just played the demo for a little while, been playing forza 3 heavily for the past couple of weeks trying to complete it, which is'nt going to happen...


I think visually forza 4 looks even better, new tracks and cars

Did'nt like the new speedo or whatever you want to call it, the redline looks kind of faint?

Cars handle fairly similar still going to take some getting used to!

Don't understand the dodgy warning triangle you get sometimes.

Other cars driving around in rival mode? I guess thats quite refreshing but also annoying...

I think I might wait a little while for it to come down in price, still only 60% through forza 3...

Campaign is far too long.

Cars handle similarly? did you turn the simulation steering on? its very different, you can just slide a car around a corner, well not very easily any way.

Switching the steering to Sim does make quite a difference, under steer and then sometimes it starts to weave

In rival mode I got bored and started to crash all the other cars

Looking forward to the full game

I want a wheel set up, will have to wait for a while though. The fanatec comes to more than that, especially if you want the elite setup. The force feedback is meant to be amazing on it, plus the brake pedal pushes back and you can set how firm you want it to be and how early they kick in. Think £200 was just the wheel, pedals, gear shift (not crappy flappy paddles) and handbrake and I think you are looking the other side of £400 if not more. Plus I would also have to get a stand for it which is another £100, so think I will be sticking to a controller for now

Although I haven't had a proper look at the ferrari one yet. Though I can't even afford the game until I start my new job so a steering wheel will be a while away.

I've got the MS Wheel and the Wheelstand Pro. The MS Wheel is good but the stand is excellent. It folds down with the wheel and pedals attached so can be taken out and put away so easily which makes playing the games so much less hassle.

Read bad things about the quality of that ms wheel, but that was on a forza forum where they are hardcore gamers Will be good enough for me I imagine. Where did you get the stand? and can you lean the steering wheel forwards on it? The chair in my room is properly laid back so I need it to be low and able to lean forwards.

Forgot about this so downloading it now. I hope it's good because the new F1 was so shite I never bought it. Which is a shame because we had planned on doing another F1 championship. Think our third championship might have to be on Forza 4 if it's any good.

After just playing forza 4 properly for about 15 mins I'm afraid to say I'm not all that keen

It seems like its all too fake and they have gone too far trying to make it look realistic?

And the cars in rival mode when they get in the way of you getting a good time...

I was really looking forward to it dayummmm

Seriously play Forza 3 and 4 back to back, I think the graphics are much better and with all the assists off its very realistic. Can wait for the full version to try all the cars and tracks
