Anyone know which insurers allow you to transfer NCB from car to bike?

I've tried Carole Nash, who said no. And eBike have in small print on their form that NCB must be from a bike policy...
I've got 3 years from a car, and really want to use it on a bike policy!

You can sometimes get it the other way, never heard of car > bike though.

Not Swinton either. I would also like to know this, I have 8 years NCD languishing on a car that I never drive any more.
