Another MOD 1 pass :)

Passed my MOD 1 this morning at Enfield Mr. Green

No minors, 58 in the Emergency Stop and 54 on the Avoidance.

Everything went peachy, was a bit nervous until I actually started the test and just got on with it and all of a sudden it was all over and my pass certificate was being written out..Quite enjoyed it really.

Had a great run out with the instructor too around some of the MOD 2 roads for a bit of familiarisation. I'm actually more worried about MOD2 than I was for 1 despite people saying MOD 2 is easier. I'm ready for it though so will get it booked ASAP Mr. Green

Nice one.

I passed my mod 1 yesterday at Oxford Kassam. It's not a purpose built area but in a cordoned off car park with several cambers and a drain channel running through it.

The cambers added a fun element and the drain was something of an annoyance but in the end it didn't best me though I got 1 minor for 48 on the avoidance.

Aye it certainly is. I was only worried, and that's over egging it, about the slalom and figure of 8 because of the camber and drainage channel. Fortunately travelling 2 miles to do the figure of 8 isn't a fail Wink

My mod 2 is next Friday so, hopefully, this time next week I'll have, not physically, class A on my licence.

If I do fail it'll be down to me not the examiner. I just hope he's back at work after his crash a couple of weeks ago. He was, apparently, conducting a car test when things went slightly wrong.
