Hi guys.

I don't want to use 10w40 on my chain anymore as it doesn't last long and so I am on the hunt for cheap as chips thick gear oil at around 90w.

I am looking for an own brand type effort.

Please let me know where you have seen it and around what price.

Thank you for your help.

-David.

80W-90 is not necessarily thicker than 10W-40. The minimum and maximum viscosities for gear oil 90 overlap significantly with engine oil 40. If it's thicker you want, then either try something like a 20W-50 engine oil or a thicker-than-90 gear oil.
