Membrane in gloves kerfuffle

I have some gloves with this membrane stuff inside them, well one of them I cant get my fingers in any more, i've tried oulling it out then in but doesn't line up inside so my finger tips hit the ends before the glove tip ends lol.

Any ideas or tips?.

Normally caused by wet hands making the liners stick to you, so you pull them out along with all of the guts of the glove.

If it happens a lot then make sure water isn't getting down the cuff of the glove by putting your jacket sleeve OVER the glove cuff.

Thanks, I used a knife handle, took a while but got there in the end!, ill now be careful when taking them off not to pull it out again.

Alpinestars 365s perchance? The xtra-fit liner they use isn't very well attached on the earlier ones, have a word with the place you got them from, the local HG I bought mine from promptly got them replaced under warranty for me.

I got too frustrated in the end and just cut the liner out of mine, they fit......like a glove now.
If needs be ill just get those £2 black thermal gloves and then put the bike gloves over. More useful anyway if you park your bike up, take your gloves off and do whatever you are doing with the other gloves on.

It is mainly a problem with waterproof glvoes because the liners aren't attached to the outside as the stitch holes would be a source of water ingress. When you take them off, hold the tips of the glvoes fingers and work your hand out gradually, if you just pull your hand out you will "pink sock" it .
