My 6 YO was told not to try and climb on my bike on sunday and after telling her twice I figured she got the message.

queue me turning my back for 3 seconds and a loud crash followed by a shocked and tearful child and my bike lying on its side against the curb.

Grave dug, Lime brought, excuses for disapearance all in hand!

What kind of a retarded answer is that?

Man posts on forum. Big deal? Thats the general f**king idea isn't it Laughing

People say it time and again, you don't HAVE to reply, you dont HAVE to read it, you dont HAVE to read it, dont like it, then feel the need to reply saying how much yyou hate it.

Just leave...

Common sense, a lost art..... Laughing

You don't HAVE to take posts too seriously either. I am pretty sure Bendy didn't mean that literally.

Despite protestations that "they're totally worth it" I'm yet to see a parent who even remotely looks like they're enjoying the experience.

I saw no humour, no smililes, nothing to make it comical.

From here, it looks like an utter bitchy comment? Why would you say something like that to this post for no reason at all?

Well you have lost your sense of humour. It wasn't laugh out loud funny but it was not meant to be taken seriously as in, "you shouldn't have had kids, it is your own fault, you chose your own life blah blah blah."

Why not? The OP was alluding to killing and burying the brat. I prefer to blame the parent for having the little bike pusher overer in the first place.

Let me guess... "you don't understand, you don't have kids, how can you possibly be mean about the little darlings". Thought I was on BCF, not bloody Mumsnet.

Just ignore Bendy the poison dwarf - she's just bitter that her biological clock has run out of ticks and her loins are now withered and barren.

Laughing

@ Hellbound - I disagree most strongly with your approach. Rather than just killing the child and burying him/her in a shallow grave, they are worth more alive as they can be used for a) cheap labour, b) unusual sexual practices, c) organ harvesting.

Don't just waste all the money you've invested in your kid, at least get something back for it, and use that towards fixing the bike.

Thumbs Up

Good Idea, Like this, and at least The ex wife will still get child support...

Might give the Unusual Sexual practises a miss though.

*Apparently* the best way to survive a bear attack is to throw a small child at the bear to keep it occupied while you scarper.
It doesn't have to be your own child if there's some others nearby you can use Laughing

childern are there to test us to breaking point as the OP has found out
I have 3 kids (Late teens - early 20's now) even now telling them multiple times is useless
Bought a new guitar 3 months ago, quite expensive and waited years to be able to afford it
told the 2 boys not to leave it laying about and to put it in its case when they were finished playing it

last week I came up to the room, said guitar is sitting on a guitar stand
picked it up to have a strum only to see 2 scratches down the front of it, I went nuts
after calming down I've now banned them from touching my guitars (they have there own)

my sympathy's go out to hellbound, hope your bile is Ok

BTW my sister toppled my dads Royal Enfield when she was about 5 y.o.
she blamed it on me Evil or Very Mad

I washed my dads car when I was about 14 and used the wrong side of a sponge on some bird shit, needles to say my dad went mental and shouted at me.

Reading back what I wrote, I think it needs a little clarification: I was trying to say that the children could be sold off to other people to be used for diffferent purposes i.e. working a loom, appearing in a nonce film, having their innocent & pure little hearts cut out and sold on the black market.

Practicing unusual sexual activities with your own children is pretty weird and nasty, selling them on to be practiced on is perfectly acceptable.

Thumbs Up
