Hello everyone!

My names Ameen, im 19. From Coventry, West Midlands.

Ive just found this website on google, and thought i should sign up as it is probably relevant to my biking future!..

Anywayy, full uk driving licence (H)
done my cbt back in May.

Bought a honda cg125, 56 plate, titan? ..heard that they are great bikes!!

Passed my bike theory on 2nd attempt(failed first by 1 mark on hazard prep, in which i scored 0 for two clips Sad...)

Module one, failed it upon arrival to test centre, inappropiate footwear(i was unaware of this requirement) , only knew about legal helmet requirement)

Mod 1 attempt 2, failed cause i put foot down on slalmon!

Not going to complain or be angry about it, instead accept the fact that its a life or death experience. And money cant buy life!!

Anywayy, onto the good bit..

Mod 1 tomorrow morning 9:15 am Very Happy ..warm up bike and do my 15 mile ride to the test centre down the a45 yaaay!

Hoping to meet people of same age/location here who also ride! And also learn about bikes, safety wise(based on your experiences!) and theory wise, based on your feedback/news!

anyway, signing out. Nerves are kicking in at 1am!!..(this always happens to me! Lol)

Your replies are appreicated!

EDIT: Mod 1 Nailed Very Happy..no minors Razz 54/52kmph recorded. YAAAAY.
..I thought I had failed when the examiner started writing stuff down while i was doing one of my excercises..God that scared me :O. But Mod 2 here we come =]!!!

Thank you for reading!

Mmm, we've discussed that that appropriate clothing thing here. I think it's extremely suspect, but it'll need someone to take them to court and/or get injured in an off to sort it out.

Not you though, you're going to ace your Mod 1 this time. Ace it. Aaaaaace iiiiiiit!

Well done Thumbs Up

Hope mod2 goes well for you. Remember you need pretty much all the gear to do the mod2 now, boots/sturdy footwear, gloves, jacket and hard wearing trousers/textiles etc.

Nice one, Mod 2 should be a breeze. Keep checking back, you might be able to bag a cancellation.

(AFAIK, the gear requirements are the same for Mod1 and Mod2)

The sooner the better.

Mod 2 is alot easier then Mod 1 in my opinion. It's far more natural and you can really get into just riding the bike! Best of luck again!
