Well, after my hurricane induced Mod2 cancellation last week, it was with some trepidation that I approached the test centre today in the midst of a typical Scottish Wednesday (i.e. windy and rainy!)

40mins and 2 minors later... I Passed!

Really happy as it was my first attempt, and I didn't have any more holiday time from work this year, so it was now or never!

My minors were for slightly too close to a parked car after turning at a junction,
and a slight drift when doing my lifesaver when on the expressway changing lanes.

I knew I had done wrong there so I'm happy to take them Smile And a pass is a still a pass Smile

Yay!

Adam

Cheers everyone. Smile

Wasn't as bad as I had anticipated, I think I was actually more nervous during the 20 minute warmup with my instructor.

Something 'sensible' to see me through winter. Probably something like a CB500 or an XJ600. Nothing crazy for my first ride Smile
