The rider of the motorcycle who is overtaking the bus is preparing to dismount as he passes it 0:06 in, noticing the oncoming vehicles.
When he collides with the unfortunate oncoming rider they both smash into each other, as the other riders bike is forced back it gets caught by the bus and ripped from underneath him.

Judging by the end of that video the rider laying (at best) unconscious is the rider who was hit, at 0:13~0:16 it appears as if the rider who overtook has a severe laceration to his shoulder/ arm.
