As the others have said the certificates have stopped as of the 16th, all you get is some shitty piece of paper. One good thing is that the advisories are now also printed on the one pass bit so if you buy a car/bike the seller cant throw away the advisory sheet like they used to do.
All to do with saving money form the government, the test slots still cost the garage the same amount of money, but now the garage has to use its own paper to print the receipts off....
Lots will get lost as they are just too flimsy and easily damaged, and every time you need a duplicate its ten quid. ____________________ Cbr1100xx blackbird gone, mk4 golf gt tdi chav now

Probably formed a whole new government department just to come up with the idea
