Yea mate,
I spent both mornings on Saturday & Sunday doing the routes and he took me on a different one Laughing It was kinda a mixture of all 3 so it did help though Thumbs Up

Had the test this morning at 8:15. (Erith) Independent ride was as soon as I turned out the yard, took one wrong turn but knew that is not important as long as you do it right.

People here helped a great deal. Yea I had no lessons but boy, did I pick brains Laughing

Thx to all that chipped in, couldn't have done it without this board!!! Thumbs Up

3 Minors. Bit annoyed with one of em but so what. It's in the bag. I will be looking for something, probably after Christmas but not sure what yet.

I am 33 BHP but do like Adventure bike stylee Wink

Ha, nice one. Great job on doing it yourself as well.

Pfft, minors, that's like "No, no, no, oh, all right, stick it in then". All that matters is the final answer.

Heh, nice one! Laughing

Thank you chaps.

Rog, it had to be mate. As for the minors I'll tell you about the one that annoyed me.
When you leave Erith Test Center, there is an Metal gate. Before we leave my Examiner says: "Even though we are turning right out of here, keep it over to the far left in case anyone returning (learners) comes in at the same time a bit wide"

So, I keep it left and do my right turn from the left side of the left lane (pos 1)
I even thought at the time this just feels wrong but it's what he asked so no worries. I got a bloody minor for it!!! Laughing

I did talk it over with him when we went through the test after and made him realise why I did that (because he asked me to dammit) and that we were obviously at cross purposes. Didn't worry me though, like ya say. Who cares about 3 minors or even 6, I passed!!! Laughing Thumbs Up

Paddy, yes, I visit Oakdene, quite like it there.

Only trouble is now I gotta take the Mrs Wink You should hear her, she can't wait to get on the back Wink Be a while yet though. Not rushing into that!!!
I also have explained it's still a 125cc and wont get up the hill on the way back Laughing

I do like those bikes Paddy and have been looking at those very models.
I really like the SV650 as well though....can't bloody wait mate Thumbs Up

Well Done Thumbs Up
My sr125 used to be ok 2up. Had me daughter on the back, a combined weight of around 19 stone. Go for it, it's a bit weird to start, but you soon adjust. Just take it easy and allow plenty of stopping distance at junctions etc.
Then when you have no pillion the bike feels all weird again for the first 5 minutes Smile
All light and wobbly at the front end, or maybe that's just me!! Smile

Doh! What a spanner. You probably shouldn't even consider the other two as minors if that's the level of his observation skills. Rolling Eyes

Must resist though. I really should wait until after Christmas plus I don't have a clue how these restrict.

Nice one. First thing I did was rip off the front L-plate when I passed my test... then I realised I would have to ride home to get a screw driver to take off the rear one Doh! My 33bhp restriction will be over in less than 2 months Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
