been and fetched the SP-1's replacement today. Train ride up to newcastle and a whole day riding it back, was an awesome day Cool .

kawasaki zx6r p8f, 3000 miles on it, as new condition £3750.

This is my first non honda bike so was a bit dubious as to weather i'd like it or not but so far i love it. doesnt feel as solid and well put together as a honda but it makes up for it in grin factor. extremely revvy motor with an awesome howl from under the tank, i nearly jizzed. The sp1 sounded nice but im definately more of a screamer kinda guy.
anyway, heres a few pics.

Shweeet!!! I just gave back a ER-6n, which is very similar to the ZX6, to a friend who loaned it to me while I modded my KLR, and i had hell of a time on it.

Very nice looking ZX-6 there, 2 words for you, Venture Shield to keep the stone chips off. Im just getting used to a screaming engine myself and loveing every mile of it after the twin.

Laughing at the above, thats like me saying my old SV is very similar to a GSXR 600, they are really very, very different bikes...

Laughing

You keep telling yourself that.

The ZX6R is a no nosense, inline 4 cylinder 600cc supersports bike. The ER6N is none of those things.

i need to make the brakes worse, this is ridiculous Shocked
I am literally scared of touching the front brake, if i even brush the lever with my finger it's like someones thrown a scaffold pole through the front wheel, theres no need for brakes to be this sharp Laughing
need some crap pads i think.

Im a bit obsessed with hornets at the minute, if i had the ninja, superfour and a hornet i'd have my dream garage i think Laughing

I had a 600rr as my first big bike and never came to any harm, i was pretty wreckless on it too from day 1. Aslong as your not a mong you would be alright on any bike IMO

just realised 2nd hand aftermarket exhausts are like gold dust and new ones are very pricey, sounds like a sewing machine at the minute.
Also no option of a decat pipe either as it's built into the headers so would need a full system or somebody handy with welding stainless tube so i could cut it out *cough* CHR15* Smile .
