Luke: its not actually difficult at all on the VFR, I am sure if you can get your knee down on your NSR you will find it easy on a VFR400/CBR400 as it feels more stable, so you are able to hang off with confidence.

I try to get my knee down sometimes, just for a laugh, but the pegs hit as soon as I start to lean
