What the hell? Banned for 5 years?

You can hit and kill someone and get a lesser ban/sentence than that crap. This country is dumb. This dude is dumb. Oh well, as long as he enjoyed himself for the moments he had.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

At least what happened to me probably saved 1000's of bikers the same thing happened to them.

I saw my story travel over various forums including overseas and car forums, Even if it meant 1 person removing his video's then it worked.

Anyone care to share what happened to N30? Laughing

I asked for all my threads/posts to be removed at the time, depression hit and I didn't want to know the internet existed.

To long story short

I made similar videos
video's showed top speed run hitting 190+ runs
wheelying into oncoming traffic over double whites
150mph wheelies on a dual carriageway
any anything else you can do on a bike that's ilegal.

I went into work as per normal and clocked on just under 6am.
got a phone call from the wife to say the police were here and wouldn't explain why.

got home to find 8 police in full riot gear searching the house
was promptly arrested and taken to cheshire police station (miles away from me, but most of the video's were filmed up the cat n fiddle)

whole day in the cell, let out to speak to duty solicitor and she showed me the videos the police had.

Was then told they'd stripped my house/garage of anything motorcycle related/PC related/video camera related/memory related.

Evidence against me was second to none, couldn't argue any way out of it so went into my interview with a pre interview statement that the solicitor read out stating that I was the rider in the video. I went no comment on any other questions asked about if they thought my riding was dangerous/careless.

Was let out and told to make my own way way home with no money and a mobile that was wiped ( I did it prior to police collecting me from work )

few month later I had a call to and see the inspector where he said the stuff he'd seen was the worst thing he'd ever seen and that I was deffo facing jail time....... But........

case was sent to CPS and came back that because I Had a full time job, Mortgage, wife, payed taxes all my life, no criminal record, and clean driving licence it wasn't in the publics interest to prosecute me.

He said he'd been reading online with regards to what had happened to me, and how hard it had hit me and affected my life, this bode well for me as I really was sorry for what I'd done.

Luckily I wasn't prosecuted, I was given a section 59 and told to pay £100 release fee for my bike. My thread was seen over various forums and it had the desired affect that the police wanted, that nobody is safe posting such material online.

Therefore threads like this are now know as "doing a N30" Laughing
