Bautista fastest in FP2, Hayden, De Puniet, Abraham, Crutchlow in fifth, Dovi, Rossi, Stoner, Pedrosa and then wildcard Josh Hayes - Who didn't pit at all in FP2 and only once in FP1.

Fair play to Baustista, Crutchlow and Hayes says I!

I predict a 'result' for Capirossi this weekend. His 100th race, wearing #58, after the championship has been sewn up. Think he might be 'let through'.

Thoughts had crossed my mind.

But I don't see Abraham or Crutchlow holding up when 1 point seperates them from top rookie.

As one of the comments on Crash.net said, Ducati have spent lots of money and made a really good boat.

Well it looks like Bradl is moto2 champion as Marquez isn't going to race. Not that I didn't want him to be but it's a shame the way it happened.

Rossi has revealed his Simo tribute helmet. When I first saw it I thought it was cool and everything but kind of felt he could have done a little more like maybe different leathers and a tribute paint scheme. But thinking about it that would put all the attention on him and away from remembering Simoncelli which I doubt he would have wanted.
The Gresini garage is a nice touch.

As is Capirossi riding with #58.

Also the last ever 125 race Sad
Some Italian media is saying that Iannone will be on the Gresini motoGP bike next year. Also that Suzuki are staying next year with Bautista on an 800cc bike to start with. They are also going to run a second bike for Hopper but it says something about only for 5 races which if that's the case I'd rather see him with a proper season long ride in WSBK or even BSB again.

Me to. Epic epic final few laps.

Such a shame.

Stoner is a legend though.

i think it would have been nice for someone other than stoner to win, even through all that he still manages to pull one out the bag. i think i'll put it down to the squirt of the Honda rather than Casey on this particular day.
Ride of the day definitely goes to Ben after all that stalking, pouncing and closing Stoner down.
just the drive out that final corner combined with the power the Honda has this year gave this one to him.
No doubt the guy is amazing though, quali yesterday, his pole lap was something else to watch!

Not entirely sure what happened to Spies, that wasn't just a bit more poke in the Honda, he shot past him. Like the commentators said, he must have missed a gear or spun or something.

yeah it did seem it, but he never mentioned anything in the post race interviews, and he seems to be honest enough to admit if something like that happened.
perhaps too much wheelie combined with Stoners' WAY better corner exit.
Either way... poor Ben Sad
