That is a salvage one, you need a waste license to buy off there and proof that you are a dealer.

Also they used to ask for evidence that the headstock was removed & sent to them ie: photos

However holding and Barnes do sell insurance write offs, and run online auctions for various vehicles. It's possible to view the auction item by appointment but AFAIK there is a registration fee for the site

No you dont, you just have to pay a membership, you only need to proof you are a legit breaker if you by the cat Bs. Cs and Ds anyone can buy!

Hope I can post this (as I work there)

No joining fee involved (just need some forms of ID during the sign up process)

Not got any bikes at the mo at our place , but we do get them occasionally

The auction site hosts for many other companies so there are always some bikes on there
