Engine reliability? Performance 0-100 km/h?

I'm totally in love with the sound Very Happy

Not sure about the prices over there, this is a mainly UK based wit.

They're quite reliable enough, but like all bikes don't look after them and at some they'll break.

0-100km/h I would say at about 6 seconds.

Well, what about in UK then, how much do they cost over there?

Here in Sweden there's like 1 Honda CBR 250, that's quite cool actually.

6 seconds 0-100? Then it isn't that much faster than the Mito and RS.

I'm pretty sure that the Aprilia RS 250 kicks the CBR's ass in both acceleration and topspeed.

yeah the rs 250 will beat the cbr 250 in acceleration,not sure bout price, this is cause the rs is a 2 stroke with like 60bhp i think and the cbr is a 4 stroke with 45bhp, though i think it is a 4 cylender but revs high as hell like 19k+.

i like the cbr 250 aswell but there arent many around here, well not that i can find.

Both M1ke and WildGoose on here have owned CBR250s, so I'd direct any specific questions to them. Thumbs Up

Could get the cbr400 instead .The 250 are very rare (but great fun, im told), may be tough to get hold of one. Both need to be re-stricted, if you are on A2. Good luck, they sound mad.

250= 19,000 rpm redline

400= 14,500 rpm redline

Not quite the same. Smile
