Well, after the recent bad weather I've been none to happy with the Avon boots on the bike, in the dry their fine but in the wet they are a bit scary, the front tracks badly, slips on white lines like you wouldn't belive and the rear feels really vague. So I have changed them for BT45's. Next I put some braided hoses on as the orignal brake lines were getting on a bit.

Result, well still scrubbing the tyres in but what a difference all round, bike feels a lot more stable and grippy, brakes although they weren't spongy have more feeling / feedback and they look good Smile . Cleaned the calipers whilst I was at it too, all in all very pleased with the end result, its like a different bike now. Took me a while to do the hoses but the guides on here were a big help especially with cleaning the calipers, gonna clean her up tomorrow then enjoy the fruits of my labours Very Happy

Got them from my local bike shop Howard Powels who I've always used and looks after me for £150 all in.

Tw@t, I gave away a brand new rear BT45 with wheel and new sprocket away a few months back when I sold my Divvy,

keep toot here

https://diversionclub.proboards.com/index.cgi

often nice bits and bobs turn up,

Wish I still had the divvy, was a cracking bike and cost next to nothing to runa nd insure!
