Compulsory for MOT?

I am building a bobber style bike and I want to take as much off of it as possible like the speedo, indicators etc....

What is compulsory to pass an MOT on a 1984 bike?

Obviously i want to keep the headlight but i'd like to get rid of the clocks and clean the front up, what do I have to have by law?

Hi

MOT and law are 2 different things.

Speedo is not an MOT item but is legally required.

As a 1984 bike it doesn't need indicators for either the MOT or to be legal.
