The prick on the ground pulled the cable into the rotor.

Never work with animals, children or wankers.

Chopper pilot must be a bit of a dick too.

I don't think this job was properly risk assessed as it should've been.

I loved the shot of the cameraman who decided to pick up his camera and move, a split second before the accident. He must be kicking himself at losing out on the video of a lifetime.

After watching the video I've come to the conclusion that the subframe looks twisted.

Was trying to release a stuck hook from my understanding.

What is worrying is the way the pilots seat detatched, apparently the Squirrels have had notices's about such things.
