Someone I know has paid this amount of money for the Cagiva? What do you think? He was after a CBR but ... wtf? I know you can't give a proper opinion unless you go for a test ride. Yet .. is this a fair price? Or could he buy similar one cheaper?

It does not mean it's not a shed, you just don't get any ' decent ' condition 125's for much less. Thumbs Up

It would depend mostly on whether it's been looked after and how it's been ridden.

My friend had one that hadn't been treated very nicely, and spend almost as much time pushing/fixing it as he did riding, from wiring problems, to the back brake being snapped off, to the chain snapping.

Id say £700 was a good price, if it is in decent condition, and less than that could be going into spares/repairs territory
