Heyy..

Basically, my Knox has become unstitched at the seams around the waist. So doesn't do up. I bought it around 8months ago from my local Gericke, but alas no reciept.

Gave him a phone and basically because they sell second hand goods, he can't do much because I may have bought it from a motorbike show or something. I disputed this, as I have bought ALL of my gear from that one store.

Just need to know - what are my rights? If any at all.

Much appreciated BCF gang x

I had the same from HG over a crash helmet, they change tune as soon as you mention trading standards.

if you have no luck at the shop you can always try the manufacturer directly. I would hopefully find proof of purchase via you bank card and go through the ship first though. Simple really. Its less than a year old and as long as you haven't broken anything by crashing or misuse it should be covered.
