The video is taken from onboard a bus.

The worst is the last one. Lasts for the last 3rd of the video.

The bus driver is deliberately getting in the way for some of those. He speeds up at 1:23 to catch the minibus out.

Wtf is going on with the junction at 0:25? He's always in the right lane and people always want to cut in front of him.

Drunk and/or mobsters. Bus = poor people, it shouldn't be in front of anyone important.

Why did the minibus need to dive over to the inside lane so urgently then?

I'm quite serious about the "drunk and/or mobsters" comment, it's an endemic problem for everywhere east of Berlin. T.C. will doubtless have some colourful[1] stories about them bringing it with them when they visit our shores.

Just to explain this to everyone, these people in the cars are purposely trying to cause an accident for insurance (insurance fraud) Buses take a long time to stop so there an easy target. People drive in front of the buses and jam on the brakes to cause an accident and then get insurance from the car and injury.

This made sense. What a country.

This looks like it's the same driver as OP

Russian Road Rage Vigilante

Road vigilante caught for crashing into reckless drivers

If you ever wanted swift retribution for that guy who just took the free lane you wanted for yourself, you are not alone. A minibus driver from Russia seems to have turned his road rage into revenge on his own terms

The man, who is reportedly soon to be prosecuted by the police in the southern city of Volgograd, is alleged to have been “punishing” careless drivers by deliberately failing to prevent a collision with them.

Moreover, he took the pains to mount a video camera behind the windshield to chronicle his deeds and upload them to YouTube with sarcastic comments.

The man is said to have begun his crusade at the latest in January, when the first videos of his actions surfaced on the internet. He is believed to have been involved in at least six such incidents.

It took some time for police to take notice of the abnormally high rate of accidents, since the vigilante was careful not to cause injuries.

The driver has been identified, local media reported on Tuesday. Police are now deciding what to charge him with.

Laughing I wonder if there were any witnesses

Angry Russian Motorists Beat the Hell Out of a Drunk Driver

And even theMoscow police get in on the beat-down.

This allegedly intoxicated driver of a large SUV crashed into dozen of cars on a busy Russian street. His victims, not pleased by this, beat the ever-living crap out of him today while police watch and participate. Warning: graphic video.

After the allegedly intoxicated driver of a silver Hyundai — a 44-year-old Moscow resident named Oleg N. — crashed and rammed into 20 cars on the Garden Ring in Moscow earlier today. After attempting to flee the accident scene, he was grabbed and pulled from the car and savagely beaten by fellow Muscovites.

Although drunk drivers are truly a scourge, we'd never endorse the kind of savage communal retribution we see taking place in this video.

UPDATE: The driver was identified as Oleg N. of Moscow, described by his upset mother (translated) as "very subtle, very creative" and possibly just "excited" and "on the eve of his tormented insomnia."

I don't think so, all his had a semi-circle thing at the bottom of the screen to do with wipers maybe, also none of that 'favourite' junction.

He hits the kerb then loses control, probably fell asleep or drunk.
It's annoying how someone has dubbed on horn and crashing noises.

Although it looked bad... he deserved it. And very possibly would think twice about doing it again!

This happens in the UK all too often.

https://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8318338.stm

Often people will disable the brake lights and then they will claim there were more people there at the accident than not.

I don't think I'd ride a bike if I lived in Russia after all the crash clips I've seen on YouTube, they're maniacs and clearly obtain licenses through collecting tokens from boxes of Rice Crispies.
