After a quick ride in heavy rain today mine's just started doing this. The problem is the rear tyre flicks water at the spark plug cap. You need to make some sort of guard out of plastic to shield the spark plug cap from the water.

If i were you because it's been upgraded i would check what colour the spark plug is, it should be a toffee sort of colour. I would do this just to check it's been jetted correctly Thumbs Up

hi thanks for the reply this makes lots of sense because when i lifted the seat compartment up to see the spark plug i took the cover of it and wiggled it about and put it back on it started first time once i did this i am just happy it is nothing to important

A simple guard will sort it, you could use part of a plastic tub etc.

But i definitely advise you also check the plug colour Thumbs Up
