i all new to this i have a2001 bandit600 back pads run down to metal so went to take them out could not geet pims out so had to cut them out with dremel pins stuck in allie casing so had to take drill pins out hell of a job so to make things easy i thought split caliper in half no way got one bolt out other would not have it so cut head off bolt twist caliper it came apart took me 2 hours to get bolt out
well it rebuild time now and and im having problems finding a seal which i wrecked when i twisted the caliper to seperate it
can any one on here recomend a place to get seal and caliper bolts
the seal is a very small one that goes between the two caliper halfs

Honda dealer will do them. expect them to be expensive

You can buy the small seal washer on it's own from Wemoto, something like £2.50 but still cheaper than a dealer. IIRC the two bolts holding the caliper together are M10x1.25(fine pitch) by 45mm long. Just confirm I'm right with the M10 bit, I think I am but make sure by checking one of your butchered ones. You can get them aftermarket from fleabay etc.

I'd get the bits from Suzuki.

However, the cost of a new seal, 2 bolts and retaining pins could end up costing as much as a second hand caliper. Japanese parts prices can be silly, like Honda charging £4.50 for a single pad retaining pin.

Pins for the Speed triple rear calliper were £7.50 each Shocked
