Is BCF slow for you?

Over the past week it has taken 25secs on avg to load a page.
Nothing has changed on my end here....

BCF has been slow for me for the past few weeks. I've noticed aswell down the bottom that the Page Generation Time can vary from a green 0.14 seconds up to a red 6 seconds. The server load is usually red or amber with about 4 or 5. If its red/amber it's usually quite slow. It's not horrendously slow to the point where it's annoying it's just noticable. However it's a free site so I'm not about to start complaining lol.
