Sure you've probably had these questions asked before but when I did a search on "Tyres" i came up with over 1300 entries and none of the ones i looked at really helped much.
I need some new ones basically. I have 110/70 and 150/60 both R17 and haven't been able to find many about - certainly not cheaply. Metzeler Sportac and Perelli Dragon Evos are pretty much it at £188 or £179 a pair respectivly. Are either any good? I've got Sportacs on at the moment and they seem to be good, but then, i've no comparison to base it against so I ask you lot with your infinate wisdom to help.
If there are any others brands (Bridgestone or Dunlop or names I've actually heard of preferably) that you'd recommend instead. 110/70s aren't a real problem, it's the damn back i have problems with.
Anyway, cheers

I have Pirelli Dragon's on my bike. They were on it when I bought it. The rear has worn out now and I bought a new set of the same tyres because I really liked them. They warm up really quick. I even managed to loose the chicken strips on the new tyre in the rain!
Oh, and I got both the front and rear for £100! I know a guy that works in the local dealers and I got him to buy them. ____________________ Honda NSR125R -> Suzuki GSXR400R GK76a -> Kawasaki ZX636 B1H -> Honda CBR400RR NC29 -> Nothing |

The metzelers are good on my supermoto. I have been using Maxxis sportmax recently which look identical, are about 30 quid cheaper and seem to be better for my bike. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
