What should i do with the cbr? As i'm sure you know it's a bit broked on t front end & fairings wise. The options as i see are :
    Fix it, sell it
Sell parts off it, scrap whatever's left
    Scrap the whole bike
    Sell as a project

What do the bcf masses recon i should do?

I would buy it if I had the money.

I'm sure someone will take it off your hands as a project.

Realistically, how much is it gonna cost you to repair it and how much is it worth now? And have you got other transport?

Not really looked into what it'd cost to get back on the road. Needs t&t, front wheel, yokes and forks at minimum

I'd SORN it and store it away for a while. Who knows, in a few months you might fancy doing it up and if you don't the warmer weather will be here and it'll sell for more money. Very Happy

Sounds like a basis for a three wheeler project; one with the twin track axle at the front...
