Kim being dead could be very good, his young heir might have more modern views, might be more willing to form his own views rather than just enforcing the old ones. He might make NK a more open and prosperous place...
OR he might be the worst one yet having been brought up in a place where no one can remember when his family wasn't in charge. He might be aggressive and have a point to prove.
We'll have to wait and see, but i can't help but suspect the country will stay as isolated as ever and that the conditions for it's people will only get worse. At least if he were aggressive and attacked the south then the americans or chinese could justify getting rid of him. Se he probably won't do that. For all their chest beating and large numbers they'd be seriously out classed and a war and i think they know it.
