I don't see why? Few clicks on the keyboard and jobs done so no hard job for bikers... On the other hand it may save them a fortune for something they don't get any money for!!!

It looks like a tory policy to me!

Depends how many times you have to remember to do it every year. Can't be sure to get a reminder, and by the time you have gone far enough through to check for SORN you may as well just redeclare it (at least that way it costs the Swansea wasters a bit more in sending out the confirmation).

Not like SORN (let alone SORN every year) serves any useful purpose.
