BCF Hi-Viz Vest

Some advice from anyone that's ordered one of these BCF hi viz vests...??

I'd like some idea of what chest size the XL or XXL is, but can't seem to find a size chart on the product page??

(FYI, I'm not exactly skinny, and I'll need the vest to fit over the top of my textiles and winter layers )
